Your US Privacy Choices

We do not sell your personal information.

FidusMedia SRL does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We have not done so in the preceding twelve months and have no plans to start.

Your rights under CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete your personal information (subject to lawful exceptions)
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share, but you may still submit a request)
• Be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights

How to exercise your rights

Submit a data request through our self-service portal at /data-request or email privacy@fidus.media. We respond within 45 days as required by law and will not charge a fee for a verifiable request.

Authorised agents

You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorisation and we may require you to verify your identity directly.

Other US residents

Residents of Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Virginia (VCDPA), Utah (UCPA) and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have substantially similar rights. Use the same channels above.
